homeWORK

So, I just recently landed a job as a pharmacy tech at a local Walmart. The pharmacy I work at runs on a program called Connexus. As I was leaving for the day, today, the head Pharmacist hands me eight pages of SIG Code translations that “would be beneficial for me to memorize”. At first, I was like…fuckshit, that’s a lot of SIG codes to memorize. But now I’m thinking that maybe she was trying to help me out, giving me a headstart or whatnot.

But jesus h. christ…eight pages!?

here’s a taste for you few who are still reading:

2HAB      Two hours after breakfast
AEAS      Into affected ear(s)
1/41/2    one-fourth to one-half
AF          Before feeding
OTD        As a one time dose
ZPAK      Take two tablets by mouth on Day 1, then one tablet on Days 2-5

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUuu
